This summer, the new website of the DIGITRONICS project was launched, thanks to the work and collaboration of the project partners.

You can already find one of the project’s initial results, a benchmark on the necessary competencies for mechatronics trainers. These are skills that a mechatronics trainer should have, both socially and technically, which were identified through national benchmarks, consultations with experts and trainers. In identifying these trainer competences, the consortium can also touch on necessary competencies for mechatronics professionals..
The most interesting and dynamic section, which is still being created, is that of E-learning modules or “distance learning courses”. DIGITRONICS partners are working hard to to create a resource for trainers to improve their teaching practices and pursue their own professional development. The aim is to create more interactive and interesting courses for trainers.
The courses that the trainers and/or mechatronics professionals will be able to take are about how to improve the skills seen in the mechatronics skills section, especially pedagogical, digital and transversal skills such as group work, team management, sustainable development, etc.

Once completed, this website will be used as a platform for disseminating training courses for mechatronics trainers and students, either from training/VET centers or companies that need to improve and train their future workers, using the digital tools identified and provided by us, in the spirit of lifelong learning.
